You’ll have – 

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in airline roles related to network, fleet, freight, or revenue management. 
• Tertiary qualifications in a logical and/or analytical discipline such as economics, mathematics, business, marketing, or aviation. 
• Broad commercial and operational airline expertise.  
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trust at all levels.  
• Proven leadership and team motivation capabilities.  
• Advanced analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.  
• Demonstrated experience in network planning, airline operations, alliances, or revenue management.  
• Deep understanding of airline industry dynamics and network strategy.  
• Project and people management experience, with a track record of delivering multiple initiatives concurrently.  
• Senior stakeholder engagement and effective communication.  
• High attention to detail, business acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage complex priorities independently.  
• Self-driven, proactive, and adept at navigating ambiguity and confidentiality
